Activities

Whether through the practice of leisure or competitive horse riding, or through the practice of mediation with equines, the horse is integrated into many human life paths and gradually becomes a true support partner: a partner in care, reconstruction, health, well-being, fulfillment and accomplishment...

I want to use each of these qualities that horses possess to bring humans, whoever they are, towards a better state of well-being. Thus, the activities that we will offer will allow humans to:

  • THE RIDING SCHOOL: regular physical activity;
  • MEDIATION WITH EQUINES : to treat ailments, and to develop our potential.

For this to work properly, there must be a form of reciprocity. This is why we will also act for the well-being of our equines through several actions:

  • Offer them an environment that best meets their needs: ACTIVE STABLE;
  • Sensibiliser les gens sur ce dont ils ont réellement besoin pour être bien : RIDING SCHOOL
  • Teaching an equation that respects the horse more: RIDING SCHOOL ;
  • Give them all the love they need: PASSION.

THE RIDING SCHOOL

Our goal:

Teach anyone who wants to learn horse riding, a complete sport that works on the body, mind, and emotions. Horse riding allows for the development of:

Sensory: contact with the horse awakens the senses of both children and adults, and helps them to listen to their sensations, to be in contact with others, with respect and kindness,

Motor skills: horse riding is a sport that develops motor skills, flexibility, and coordination; it helps strengthen laterality, visualization, and more generally it allows you to take ownership of your body image. It allows you to function better in your body,

Psychosocial: Horse riding involves interacting with another living being; the quality of the relationship is therefore as important as the technical skill. Caring for someone other than yourself helps develop autonomy. In addition, sharing moments of connection and interaction with the horse helps to nourish self-esteem and self-confidence as well as one's potential.

But also to teach anyone who wishes to have a Horseman's vision, to understand horses and their behavior; which inevitably involves dismounting. Groundwork will be taught through lunging and long reins, shoulder work and free work. Mounted work will also be taught through dressage, jumping, and freedom. Thanks to the conditions in which the horses and their riders will evolve, performance will be essential. Diversifying and varying the activities allows for interested and motivated equines and students. This helps break the monotony for the school horses and ponies, as well as for the students; and to teach children or adults that it can be just as interesting and fun to be next to your horse rather than on it. It is very important to open minds to another, more respectful approach to horses.

MEDIATION AVEC LES ÉQUIDÉS

Our goal:

Provide support and assist anyone with a physical or mental disorder.

At some point in our lives, we may all experience ailments such as: stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, lack of confidence or self-esteem, professional burnout, etc. The horse, through mediation, will play a mediating role and will offer the patient a moment of relaxation, reconnection with oneself, acceptance of one's emotions, and will thus allow them to access a unique harmony.
