04/2019: Renovation of the stalls

All the stall doors were falling apart and unusable when we bought the property. We therefore built new doors, one by one, using wooden planks as replacements. Always with the horses’ well-being in mind, we decided to create stalls opening onto terraces so that the horses could move even while in their stalls. We opened all the stalls at the back so that each horse could have access to a terrace. Then, to prevent wasps from nesting in the bricks and for aesthetic reasons, we plastered the walls, both outside and inside the stalls.
